After many generous donations, we have reached $1795 - about 30% of our goal! Thanks for visiting!

We've received more generous donations. We are now at $585.00, almost 10% of our goal.

We will be holding an Ultimate Frisbee Tournament to raise money for our cause. It has been moved from the original planned date of April 15, to the weekend after - Sunday, April 22nd. This will give people more time to get teams together and the weather a chance to get nicer. The cost is $10.00 a person for at least 3 games of frisbee and a t-shirt. To register, send the names of your team members and t-shirt sizes to aafrica@umn.edu. You will get an e-mail explaining how to pay the registration fee. Here is some information about the program we are going through and what we will be doing: We have been accepted into the community development program with the Global Volunteer Network. The volunteer work we will be doing includes orphanage assistance, teaching, and other areas of community development where help is needed.
